AI Cowork training for New Hampshire teams

Give your team a practical way to work with AI.

T10 helps teams move beyond isolated experiments and use AI confidently in day-to-day work. Sessions are hands-on and role-specific: we work through your recurring tasks, your information boundaries and the places where human review still matters.

Discuss your AI plans

The goal is not a tour of features. It is a set of useful working habits, examples and guardrails your team can apply the next morning.
What changes

A useful outcome, not another login.

  • Staff understand where AI helps, where it does not and when to involve a person
  • Role-specific workflows tested against real tasks instead of generic exercises
  • Clear guidance for sensitive data, source checking and responsible use
  • Reusable prompts, playbooks and examples your team can continue improving
A session, start to finish

One real task, worked the way we train it.

A concept film of one hands-on session. A service coordinator answers a warranty email with an AI assistant. They leave out the customer's details, give it the company's policy to work from, check every line against that policy and send the reply themselves. What worked goes into the team playbook. The company and email are made up.

Example workflows

Small enough to prove on real work.

01

Role-based working sessions

Work directly with sales, operations, service or administrative staff on the recurring writing, research and information tasks that consume their week.

02

Workflow discovery

Identify which tasks are ready for an AI cowork approach, which need an agent or integration, and which should remain fully human.

03

Team playbooks

Document approved tools, useful patterns, information boundaries, review steps and examples so good practice does not live with one early adopter.

How an engagement works

Four steps, and you see it work before you commit.

  1. 01

    Planning call

A free 30-minute call to understand the team, its tools and the recurring work that eats the week.

  2. 02

    Prepare around real roles

We gather representative tasks, documents and information boundaries for each role before any session.

  3. 03

    Hands-on sessions

Staff practice on their own recurring tasks, including checking sources and deciding when a person must review.

  4. 04

    Playbook handoff

The team keeps the prompts, examples, approved tools and review steps, documented so they can keep improving them.

A good first engagement

What we look for before recommending an engagement.

  • People are already experimenting, but results and practices vary
  • The team needs examples connected to its actual roles and tools
  • Sensitive information or consequential decisions require clear boundaries
  • Leaders want adoption they can observe and improve
Questions

AI Cowork training: straight answers.

Is this a generic AI workshop?

No. We prepare around your team, tools and recurring work. General concepts are kept short; most of the time is spent applying them to tasks people actually need to complete.

Do we need to choose one AI platform first?

Not necessarily. We can work with the tools you already have or help evaluate the practical tradeoffs before you standardize. The durable part is learning how to frame work, check results and protect information.

Who should attend AI Cowork training?

The people who do the recurring work (sales, operations, service or administration) and the person who owns that workflow, so the habits and review steps agreed in the room actually stick.

Can the training happen at our office?

Yes. T10 is based in New Boston and works across New Hampshire. Sessions can run on site, by video, or a mix of both.

How much does AI Cowork training cost?

The first 30-minute planning call is free. If training is a good fit, we scope it around your team and quote it before any work begins.
