AI voice agents for New Hampshire businesses

Answer the calls you miss, and send the hard ones to a person.

T10 sets up voice agents that answer your business line when nobody can: after hours, on weekends and when the office is already on a call. The agent asks the questions your dispatcher would ask, writes the ticket or new-customer request in the system you already use, and books the visit if you allow it. Gas, carbon monoxide and anything it isn't sure about go to a person.

Discuss your AI plans

We start with the calls you miss today, usually nights, weekends and overflow, and write down what the agent may do on its own and which calls it hands to a person.
One after-hours call

A no-heat call at 9:40 at night, handled the way you'd want.

A concept film of a setup we could do for a small heating company. The agent says it's an AI and that the call is recorded, asks the safety questions first, and confirms the callback number and address. A baby in a cold house means the call goes to a person, so it opens an urgent ticket, texts the on-call tech and puts the call through. In the morning every call is in the log with a summary and the recording. The company, caller and address are made up.

Example workflows

Small enough to prove on real work.

01

Answer and take down the call

The agent answers in your company's name, says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, then asks your intake questions: name, address, what's wrong, how urgent, the equipment. A caller can ask for a person at any point.

02

Tickets, requests and bookings

Each call becomes a ticket or a new-customer request in Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, your CRM or a shared inbox, with a summary, the transcript and the recording. If you allow it, the agent books the visit into an open slot.

03

Hand-offs to a person

A gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm skips the questions: the caller is told to get out and call 911, and your on-call person is paged. Other calls transfer live to whoever is on, with what the caller already said passed along.

How an engagement works

Four steps, and you see it work before you commit.

  1. 01

    Map the calls

We go through your call log, voicemails and intake sheets, and map who calls, what they need and where each call should end up.

  2. 02

Write the script and the rules

We write the greeting, the questions and the hand-off rules: what the agent may do on its own and which calls go straight to a person.

  3. 03

    Test before it answers

We connect it to your phone line and your system, then call it ourselves with real scenarios, emergencies included, before a customer hears it.

  4. 04

    Run and review

It starts on after-hours or overflow calls. You get a summary and transcript of every call, and we review them with you in the first weeks and adjust.

A good first engagement

What we look for before recommending an engagement.

  • Calls go to voicemail at night, on weekends or when the office is busy
  • Every caller should be asked the same intake questions
  • Tickets and requests get typed in by hand the next morning
  • Someone is on call to take the calls the agent hands over
Questions

AI voice agents: straight answers.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. The agent says so at the start of every call, along with the fact that the call is recorded. New Hampshire requires every party's consent to record a call, so that comes before anything else, and any caller can ask for a person.

What happens when someone calls with an emergency?

You decide the list with us. Typically a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke or a medical problem gets no troubleshooting: the agent tells the caller to get out and call 911 or the utility from outside, and pages your on-call person. No heat with an infant or an elderly person at home goes to a person live.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. Most setups forward calls from your existing line to the agent after hours, or when nobody picks up within a few rings. The agent transfers back to your people, and you can switch it off from your phone system at any time.

Our field service software already has an AI receptionist. Should we use that?

Sometimes, yes. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan each offer one, and if it fits your calls we will tell you and help set it up. A custom agent makes sense when calls touch several systems, need your own triage rules, or you don't use those tools.

Can the agent make outbound calls?

Only to people who have agreed to hear from you, such as appointment reminders or a callback they asked for. Federal rules treat an AI voice as an artificial voice that needs the person's consent, so we don't set up cold calling.

Which voice platform do you use?

Whichever fits your calls and systems: ElevenLabs, Retell, Grok Voice, OpenAI's realtime models or Twilio. For medical and dental offices it has to be a plan whose vendor signs a business associate agreement. The account is in your name, and you own the script and the setup.

How much does an AI voice agent cost?

The first 30-minute planning call is free. Setup is scoped and quoted before work begins, and the voice platform bills its per-minute usage to your own account.
