# AI approval dashboards for New Hampshire businesses

A simple screen where your managers approve what the AI drafted.

Every agent T10 builds stops for a person when the work touches judgment, money or risk. The approval dashboard is where that person does it: a plain web page that shows what the agent drafted, the evidence it used and the rule that sent it for review, with Approve, Edit and Send back. Nobody has to read raw logs or database rows.

Built around the people who approve the work, on a phone between jobs or at a desk, with a record of every decision.

One morning in the queue

## What the agents drafted overnight, approved from a phone.

A concept film of a dashboard we could build for a remodeling company. Overnight its agents drafted an estimate and a reply to a customer. In the morning the owner gets a text, opens the queue and sees each draft beside the evidence and the rule that sent it there. The owner moves a start date and approves the estimate, and sends the reply back with a note so the agent revises it. An order nobody answers in four hours goes to the backup's own queue, and every decision stays on record. The company and documents are made up.

Example workflows

## Small enough to prove on real work.

### Review queues by role

Each manager sees only their own queue, sorted by what's waiting longest. An alert comes by text or email, and anything that sits too long goes to a backup person.

### The evidence beside the draft

The draft sits next to what the agent used: the customer's email, the closest past job, the line of company policy. The reason it needs a person is highlighted, and edits are made in place.

### A record of every decision

Who approved what, when, and what they changed. The record answers the question later, and the edits show where the agent needs work.

How an engagement works

## Four steps, and you see it work before you commit.

1. 01

    ### Write the approval rules

Which outputs need a person, who that person is, how fast they need to answer and who covers when they don't.

2. 02

    ### Design the screens

With the managers who will use them, around the decisions they make, and tested on their own phones.

3. 03

    ### Connect the agents

Connect the dashboard to your agents and workflows so nothing they draft goes out until a person approves it.

4. 04

    ### Run and refine

Watch the first weeks of decisions with you, fix what slows people down, and use their edits to improve the agents.

A good first engagement

## What we look for before recommending an engagement.

- An agent drafts work that a person must sign off
- The people approving it aren't technical
- Approvals happen on a phone between jobs
- You need a record of who approved what

Questions

## AI approval dashboards: straight answers.

What can the dashboard connect to?

Custom agents T10 builds, n8n workflows, and other systems that can send a request and wait for an answer. Products with their own approval screens, like Grok Bot, keep using them.

What happens if nobody approves in time?

You set the deadline and the backup. Past it, the item goes to the next person on the list. Nothing goes out without someone's approval.

Can managers approve from their phone?

Yes. The screens are built for a phone first, with an alert by text or email when something is waiting.

Who can see what?

Everyone signs in as themselves and sees only their own queues. Admins can see everything and the full record of decisions.

Who owns the dashboard?

You do. You get the code, the configuration and notes on how it runs. It can run on your own hosting account or ours.

How much does an approval dashboard cost?

The first 30-minute planning call is free. We usually start with one queue for one agent, scoped and quoted before work begins.
